Varsity – The Salado Lady Eagle volleyball program traveled to Austin Tuesday night to face the Lady Panthers of Eastside Memorial. Salado would have not trouble on the night taking care of Eastside in straight sets (25-6, 25-9, 25-14). Liz Ford would lead the charge for Salado collecting 6 kills on the night. Landry Rogers would have four aces. Maddy Wade would contribute two stuff blocks as well.

JV Red – The JV team handled Eastside with ease in straight sets (25-3, 25-5). Scrappy defense from Freshman Holly Giesecke would keep the Panthers grounded. Kiara Garza had a good night at the net with 7 kills and 2 blocks. Beyla Edmondson would also serve 17 consecutive points in the first set to bury Eastside early.

The Lady Eagles are back in action at home in a match-up against district rival, Liberty Hill. Sub-varsitys will begin at 5:00pm.
